That information from a site that doesn't have the volume of traffic of the WH will quickly allow other ground based assets to do followup de-confliction and confirmation. Once key players are confirmed, influence can be exerted in a number of ways. The membership of the external portions of the Central Committee can be defined over time and manipulated for effect.
