| Two government members killed in Syria's Daraa |

| [NPASYRIA] On Tuesday evening, two members of the Syrian government forces were killed by unknown button men in the town of al-Maliha al-Gharbiyeh in the eastern countryside of Daraa, southern Syria. Unidentified button men targeted the military checkpoint of the government forces stationed at the junction of Rakham village in central of al-Maliha al-Gharbiyeh, North Press reported sources in the town. According to the sources, the two members were transported to the National Hospital in Daraa, but they died there of their seriously wounds. The checkpoint of the government includes members of the Brigade 52 of the government forces, and members of the Air Force Intelligence. Most of the locals complain about the bad treatment they receive from of the checkpoint personnel with them, the source added. Activists in Daraa governorate said the recent increase in targeting the government forces has come "in response to these members’ violations against the population." |
