| [FOX] A teenage attempted carjacker was shot and critically injured in Philadelphia after he allegedly tried to steal the vehicle of a legally armed driver, according to a local affiliate report. Thursday marked the third time since the start of 2022 that an alleged carjacker was wounded by a legal gun owner, FOX 29 reported. According to local media, two attempted carjackers approached the 60-year-old driver around 8 p.m. local time on Cherokee Street in Mount Airy. |

| #3 The obvious answer is to ban guns in Philadelphia. Listen to the advice of police on how to survive a carjacking. I mean, this (the shootings of those poor, disadvantaged carjackers) would never have happened in an enlightened city like New York or Chicago! /sarcasm |
