#9 Did he relocate to Idaho from Beverly Hills? If so, musta been traumatized by the LaLaLand violent crime wave. From Hollywood Reporter: Crime Wave Sparks Rush For Bulletproof Cars, Safe Rooms Since late August, Rising S Company has completed risk assessments for multiple high-end clients in L.A. and installed 13 safe rooms, nine safe doors, two underground bunker shelters, and two window fortifications in Brentwood Park, Beverly Park and Paradise Cove, says general manager Gary Lynch. This compares to their installation of seven safe rooms in California in the 2.5 years prior. |

#8 Leave Wild Turkey out of it. He sounds like a Heaven Hill or Ten High sort of stooge to me. |

#7 Sounds to me like the sheriff was deep into the Wild Turkey and was less than circumspect about his condition. |

#6 ^Even in the age of cell phones, it could always be a panicked neighbor who I'd do anything for. Only wat to find out is to check. I can do that without opening the door, and without letting Amazon in on the deal with a Ring camera. |

#5 All my problems with people coming to my door were solved when I stopped answering knocks on the door. Up to now they've all given up after a few tries & left. |

#4 Sounds like a Grade A asshole who should be removed. Might not be smart with those weapons, either... |

#3 The guy was a stupid sh*t to bring race and alcohol use into it. All he needed to do was keep his door closed. |

#2 I really have a problem with people coming to my door after dark. When I lived in the countryside, I told more than one person it was a bad idea and they should stop. I live in basically a suburb now, so the usual excuses (I ran out of gas, I need to use your phone) are even less believable. That said, I'm glad I never accidentally knocked on this guy's door. |

#1 If they were drunk indians putting thank you notes on peoples doors... does that somehow justify his response? Everything about this incident suggests he was off his medication or has horrible judgement. |
