| Not Racist at All: Minnesota School Board Votes to Provide Extra Pay to Non-White Teachers |

| [Red State] Let’s just cut to the chase and dig into the crazy, shall we? The Mankato, Minnesota, school board voted unanimously earlier this month to approve a policy to provide extra compensation exclusively to non-white teachers who become mentors to other non-white colleagues. Nah, no way is that racist. As reported by Alpha News, the board voted to amend district policy so that BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) teachers only may receive "additional stipends" to become mentors to BIPOC colleagues. The new policy will also provide funds for "placing American Indian educators at sites with other American Indian educators and educators of color at sites with other educators of color." | #6 Racism is the marginalization and/or oppression of any group of people of based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that awards privileges over another group. If there is still law in Minn. then the School Board is headed to CIVIL and Criminal courts. |

| #3 Time to go. Let them stew in their own mess they have created. Blue run states can only fail as is currently demonstrated. Same as with woke Liberal colleges as in a few short years 50% will be no more. (I understand under ten years). Look how men have walked away. Now they see how their policies have shot themselves in the foot. They try to figure out now how to recruit men into a hostile environment. They will never go back as they have only faith in their own ideas and ideals. Bye bye. |
