Kyle Rittenhouse is No Longer a Student at ASU
2021-12-01
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] As of Monday, Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer enrolled at Arizona State University’s online program.

A spokesperson for the university said that Rittenhouse, 18, is "not currently enrolled in any classes at ASU" and still "has not gone through the ASU admissions process," according to Campus Reform.

Rittenhouse said he was taking online classes at ASU and in recent interviews, he had indicated that he would like to attend classes in-person — ASU had even previously confirmed he was enrolled as a ’non-degree-seeking’ online student for the session that began in mid-October, even though the teen had not gone through the full admissions process.

The sudden change in Rittenhouse’s enrollment status comes just after a coalition of unhinged ASU students began pressuring the administration to "withdraw" Kyle Rittenhouse from the school’s online program, calling him a "violent mostly peaceful blood-thirsty murderer."

The groups issued a woke list of demands to campus leadership, including withdrawing Rittenhouse from enrollment, releasing a statement condemning Rittenhouse and white supremacy
...the pernicious doctrine that laws were intended to be obeyed, that society works better when people don't pour shreiking from their places of worship every Friday for a weekend of rioting over insults real or imagined; and that cannibalism, beastiality, incest, murder, theft, rape, and similar activities are bad. A Dead White European (which invalidates his opinion) philosopher once opined that societies thrive when a person's word can be relied upon, and that a society which puts individual happiness first will invariably fail. Strangely enough, other successful societies, such as China, Japan, Korea, and those kinds of places could also be lumped with white supremacist societies, since they push the same values...
, reaffirming support for the Multicultural Center, and redirecting funding from ASU’s police department to the Multicultural Center.

Organizers also said Rittenhouse was "still guilty" and should be "held accountable" by not being permitted at the school.

#12  Evidently the possibility of $50m endowment for the new Rittenhouse School of Law held no attraction at ASU.

Gran-Pa how old are you?

I can remember when attending college, the focus was obtaining an education and not protesting?

#7  You're right, of course. Silly me... BIRM. Posted and immediately remembered video of that laugh-out-loud impressive Jap teen gunslinger who'd (more or less) never touched an actual firearm. And bona fide martyrdom is opportunity, not risk, anyway. Carry on, caravan.

#6  Empty magazines. Wooden rifles. Posture, movement, response to threat.

#5  Merrick, I love you like brat, and I love this idea in theory, but in practice, as in psychiatric, I dunno...

Whole multitudes, fresh-faced and guileless,
Lined up to take Rifle with Kyle!
This went great, until...
"What?"
Well, one day, this one nut...
But, oh boy, was he buried in style!

#4  Kyle should apply his extraordinary skills in self-defense, marksmanship and grace under pressure to the task of training thousands of brave young people for the coming strife.

Teach gun safety and the law of self-defense at a minimum. Charge a reasonable hourly fee -- say, $100/hr.

We don't need his prospective nursing skills. We need this amazing young man's extraordinary skills as a restrained, totally-legal and righteous defender of our Republic.

#3  Probably has a new name. Wouldn't you change your name if you were under death threats and accused of the crime of "white supremacy" -- the Ultimate Crime Against All Holiness -- by POTUS, ie the commander-in-chief of not just the US military but the American Stasi and also thousands of murderous shock troops?

Who in such circumstances would not go to ground?

#2  One year tuition in person attendance $31,449 = $125,796 for a bachelor's degree. Stuck with a 6 figure debt that would take a lifetime to pay off before you get your first post graduate job.
