| #3 They're so used to not having to try. Don't worry, I'm sure the defense industries will come up with a solution that costs enough to provide a border wall 100 feet tall, but instead of a one time expense it'll be every year. |

| #2 Not unusual for exterior paneling to jettison itself, i.e. shuttle thermal tiles. Alternatively launch devices occasionally release a 'backpack' payload. |
