Newsome told reporters 'There will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed,' if Mayor-elect Eric Adams reinstates the NYPD's anti-crime units

'I think that this is an excellent moment for the local and state and federal Democratic Party to state: We could have justice without violence,' Adams said

Newsome clarified on Friday that he made his 'riot' comments because he was triggered by a question about plainclothes officers

Newsome said that Adams was trying to distract from the real issue by zeroing in on his threat

Justice Holmes used that example (although with the proviso that there was no fire) to justify President Wilson's Sedition Act of 1918. This Act was one of the most totalitarian moves in American History as it prohibited speech that opposed the US Govt (including opposing the Govt from selling bonds).

Either stand up, defend and take back your city, or turn it over the BLM Domestic Terrorist Thugs.

But, there is NO compromising with Criminals and Domestic Terrorists. Because they are demanding Laws and Law Enforcement should trimmed down to give them greater opportunities of success in the VIOLENT criminal endeavors. Or they will loot, destroy and burn NYC down.

His threats alone should have him and his followers a$$es in jail. Their arrests would be based on solid legal ground, using the almost 100 year ago SCOTUS ruling.
