#6  The classic PR flack deflection strategy. See my counterpart at Justice since this is a bad look for us. Everybody in the press just nods and moves on. The DoJ works for the President and can surely provide answers for a pressing national story to the WH press office. Pure BS technique for not wanting to talk about getting caught doing something totally angering with our money and laws.
