| #1 Known Facts: China's increasing Population is exceeding its food production abilities and natural resources. China is importing massive amounts for food and oil. China needs growing room (eg 1938 Nazi Germany / Sudetenland). QUESTIONS: What good is captured land and cities IF it is devastated by conventional / physical war, with rebuilding would take a generation and massive resources? But if "_______" introduce a DNA marker based Virus that practically eliminates a certain ethic group/Race? Then "___" could move into already built cities and housing, do a clean up and restart the infrastructure in months not a generation. Don't think for a second China or only nations are the only ones that could play with DNA targeted Viruses. Because we have at least a dozen loony Eco-Freak / power hungry Billionaires floating around that might like the 1975 Movie "Roller Ball" premise. The WUHAN LAB and Staff would only cost around $25 Million build-out and hire staff in under 2 years. What is to keep any nation or a Rich Nutjob from doing it, and silently introducing it? eg. a DNA focused virus to reduce fertility for India, Africa, Europe or the Americans |
