| #1 Why not take the case to the SCOTUS requesting that a Special Investigator be appointed. Then direct the SCOTUS appointed Special Investigator to look into whether Biden violated US Law and his Oath of Office by refusing to secure the US Borders for Personal/Political agenda reasons contrary to US Laws. Thus allowing several prior known mass invasions, now totaling over 1.7 Million CRIMINALS into enter the USA unpunished. Legal Note: Once a person enters the USA Illegally they obtain the status of a criminal under: 8 U.S. Code § 1325, 8 U.S. Code § 1326 , 18 U.S. Code § 1073 All of which pose a threat to the United States of America and violate the Rights its US Citizens. |
