I’m sure this is all very interesting and meaningful, though my takeaway is they’ve got some shiny new guns. | #1 I _think_ the guns in question are 70 calibre 40mm guns, where the 40mm is the bore diameter and the 70 is the length of the barrel in multiples of 40mm. But I may be wrong. (Hmm. 70*40 = 2800mm ~ 3 meters long.) |
