Kings Soopers shooter, 22, 'who killed 10 people' is deemed INCOMPETENT to stand trial after mental health evaluation

[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] A court-ordered mental health evaluation found the man charged with killing 10 people at a Colorado King Soopers supermarket unfit to stand trial, but a judge granted prosecutors' request for a second competence evaluation.

The initial evaluation report was not released but, according to a filing by prosecutors last week, state experts provisionally diagnosed Ahmad Alissa,

22, with an unspecified mental health condition that 'limit(s) his ability to meaningfully converse with others' and concluded that he is not currently able to assist his lawyers in defending him.

Alissa gave 'superficial responses' to questions about hypothetical legal situations which indicate a 'passive approach to his defense' and 'potential overreliance on his attorneys,' according to excerpts from the report included in the prosecution's motion seeking a second evaluation.

#3 And by incompetent, we mean that if he had his day in court, the things he would say would totally blow up the narrative, even though they would be well thought out and completely believed in.

#2 What nut houses? There are limited mental health beds for those being evaluated while they await trial, after which they are returned to jail with their medical prescription, and then the crazy wing in prison for those convicted — where they are handed the prescribed medication, but not required to take it. Some states have a “guilty but insane” plea instead of “innocent by reason of insanity”, but both send the accused to prison.

Since Colorado Liberals repealed the CO. Death Penalty in 2020. Now any murdering terrorist, Political Fanatic or person seeking fame, that is taken alive. Is only sentenced to FREE Taxpayer paid living housing, Cable TV, Food, HVAC, and FREE medical care for the rest of their natural lives.

A standard that FAR FAR exceeds the 12% (1 out of every 8+/-) of Colorado Citizens that are currently living in extreme poverty conditions now.

So let us hope KARMA quickly finds him in the Nut House and serves out justice 10 fold.
