[KhaamaPress] Former US President Donald Trump![]() has asked a federal judge in Florida on Friday to ask Twitter to restore his account as the Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... are allowed to tweet their military victories regularly but he was censored during his presidency, Rooters reported. Donald Trump’s Twitter account which had 88 million followers was removed by the company in January citing a risk of incitement of violence. Twitter had reasoned that Trump’s Tweets had violated the Platform’s policy and were highly likely to encourage people to replicate what happened in the Capitol riots. The former US president has said in his request to the district court of Florida that the company (Twitter) was coerced by the members of the US Congress to suspend his account. The closure of Trump’s account in several social media happened after his supporters stormed the US Capitol on January 6. Twitter has not commented on Trump’s statements yet. |
