#1  For the LA N.E.A. vote on it and approve it, would have made them officially open to Anti-Semitic and Racist review for State Contracting, Grants and etc.... Which might have precluded them from being recognized as a group to engage in State Contracting. Also see CA. Hate Speech laws.


For the LA N.E.A. NOT to vote on it. Allows them to continue whining and still be recognized as a collection of Socialist acting as a Workers Union. This now allows them to still be good radical Socialists, support Anti-Semitic endeavors and be Political closet Racists.
