#6 What about the "Tex-Mex" units at the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto? Don't they get any respect? It is important to remember that when Santa Ana took over Mexico, 9 provinces rose in rebellion. He defeated 8 of them. Texes was originally planning to unite with Nuevo Leon and form a new country. Unfortunately the forces of Nuevo Leon were defeated before they could join the Texans. Anti Mexican indeed. |
