| #18 When I was in junior high school and one of the regular teachers would get sick, we'd get a substitute teacher and some of these people weren't very good. Yesterday, Biden sounded like one of these incompetent substitutes who'd lost control of the classroom and was attempting to deliver a stern lecture.
