#9 I'm guessing that launch was designed to signal that the SKors have something to put on the top of the missile in their arsenal now. Head-fake to Kim-Ch to buy time, or signal to Uncle to pay attention, it has to be taken as a credible signal even if the cupboard is actually empty for now. |

#7 FROKA, SROKA and TROKA have the Nork problem well in hand. The communists have crappy old equipment from the 70s. They can cause some casualties with an artillery bombardment but Seoul is honeycombed with bomb shelters and it won't be all it's cracked up to be. |
