#3 Correct She'll be back - if she wants to go back. As of now, she wields serious Lib Cred, and can prolly go wherever she wants to for a "teaching" gig. Except Idaho. |

#2 She's on 'administrative leave' not fired. Still being paid, accumulating senority and benefits. Prediction: She'll be back at a different school in a semester or so. Teachers in California charged with felonies can't be fired until they're convicted; it's happened. |
