| #13 Currently she occupies the only constitutionally authorized duel seat in the federal government. Once she becomes Prez the ineligibility clause comes into play. The president can not hold office in the Senate concurrent with his/her office in the White House. |

| #8 Procop, I am not certain that is true. The 25th does not explicitly say the VP relinquishes that position and responsibilities if she becomes President. It could, and would, be interpreted that she is both until a new VP is confirmed, and the Supreme Court would have to make a determination, and we know how hard they will resist having to do that. |
