  • The 47-year-old suspect was driving a Jeep on the Interstate 5 in the Seattle area

  • In dashcam footage, he is shown blocking the victim's car as she tries to escape

  • In one quick move, the suspect exits his Jeep and hurls an ax at the victim's car

  • He is then shown getting back into the Jeep and driving in the opposite direction

  • Police said the suspect was arrested three days later after a spate of other incidents, including him racially abusing someone and an alleged theft
