| #4 "Detention facility" reads like Gulag. Is this facility a federal facility? Shouldn't there be some kind of external oversight? It doesn't seem that prisoners should just be tossed in the hole without habeus corpus rights and with no end in sight? A series of lawsuits might open the doors. |
