#5  Can't leave them the way they are. Some of those towers are over a hundred years old and in serious disrepair. No matter what PG&E does, it's gonna cost billions but they need to do something. The fires themselves might not be as expensive but the lawsuits will. NoMoreBS might have a good idea.

#3  Why not above ground pipeline along the existing right-of-way, makes ease of access, known existing techniques, ease of access and protection against wind, and automatic ground fault interruption?
