The city has long been a nest of intrigue, from being a CIA recruitment center for the failed Bay of Pigs operation to overthrow Cuban dictator Fidel Castro...... Where I stopped reading. Moise very likely pulled his Glock. At this point the planned political detention and removal from office turned into a live fire exercise. He was shot 16 times.
