| #1 Contrary to what AOC says, this is a result of inadequate drainage and rat control. It's the kind of thing that happens in Third World socialist shit holes which is what New York is well on the way to becoming thanks to commie politicians like AOC and Wilhelm deBlasio. I bet even now, if they installed some diesel powered pumps, that water could be pumped out to a proper storm drain. But then, that would require the use of fossil fuel. |
