  • He fled to Mexico after he shot dead his ex-girlfriend, Destiny Pemelton, 28, and wounded two agents last Friday in Harlingen Texas

  • Zamora was found at a home in the Tamaulipas border town of Río Bravo but refused to surrender before he was killed in a gun battle

  • The Harlingen Police Department has not provide any motives behind Zamora's killing of Pemelton
