| #2 The State of Georgia sent my refund in less than 10 days. Lesson learned, my Federal withholding will be adjusted accordingly. |

| #1 The IRS has been facing what the NTA described as 'a perfect storm'. Despite severe cuts over the last decade, the IRS had to issue a third round of economic relief payments, implement new rules affecting unemployment benefits, and new guidelines for eligibility around other tax credits. The IRS is also now responsible for new child benefits But the Pubs are said to be at fault, because they won't pass a bill that includes more funding for the IRS -- which apparently can only be included within bloated, budget-busting, something-for-everyone bills. I say, the IRS (and the people) are being held hostage by the Dem-controlled Congress. |
