#9 Dale, if Bangladesh were simply Not Reporting they wouldn't be showing large variances over time in the death rate. They could lie all the time instead of showing spikes in April and June. |

#8 Spoke to an individual from Bangladesh having such a densely populated area one would expect huge numbers of the contagious diseased peoples. He said they are simply not reporting. |

#6 The question of reporting in an enormous very rural country notwithstanding, how in the name of all that's Holy can the variant be LESS deadly? You mean more people survive than 99.8? |

#5 I think both fatalities and infections are under reported in India. By at least 50% and maybe 200%. |

#4 If you really wish to know what is going on within a secret society or participate in the process, you buy your way in. Of course such a membership requires that you maintain a loyal cadre of deniers and decoy men. |

#3 "...However, if people would actually look at the data, they'd realize that the Delta variant is actually less deadly. These headlines are able to gain momentum only because of the absurd public perception that somehow India got hit worse than the rest of the world. In reality, India has one-seventh the death rate per capita of the U.S.; it's just that India got the major winter wave later, when the Western countries were largely done with it, thereby giving the illusion that India somehow suffered worse...." Many here on RANTBURG have been saying this for weeks now. |

#2 The 'Wet Market' cover story has fallen on hard times. A new diversion from the search for actual causes must be developed. |

#1 It would be interesting to know if the Indian variant is most virulent above or below the malaria line on the subcontinent. |
