[Ynet] - Iran has drones with a range of 7,000 km (4,375 miles), Iranian state media cited the top commander of the Revolutionary Guards as saying on Sunday, a development which may be seen by Washington as a threat to regional stability.

None so blind as those who will not see. There is a return to a deal still under negotiation. Nothing must be allowed to interfere with reestablishing the Obama legacy. On the other hand, nobody does vapourware like the Iranians. Claims are easy, actually shooting off a rocket that will fly that far and land in the targetted country is a bit harder.

#2  Take one Cessna light aircraft(or equivalent) then add extra fuel tanks and GPS guidance. The real question is: What payload and How stealthy?
