| #7 Residents in Washington State (no income tax - but a sales tax) would sometimes cross the border and shop in Oregon (no sales tax). |

| #4 Those that were weaned in Smart Phones and Tables might buy into a little of the PR Dream. But until Broke-Land decides to ENFORCING ALL LAWS and starts making more than a few Dog and Pony Show arrests. The needed Tax Base $$$$ will continue to flee and/or refuse to return. |
