Biden Confuses Himself Again This Morning, Gets Lost Reading His Notes

for similar moves.The commander-in-chief claimed the Republican party was "fractured" and Trump only had "phony populism" as he spoke at a presser after a NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all....

Like his "clown show" from yesterday wasn’t enough he embarrassed our country this morning again!

Quoting Irish poet W. B. Yeats at the start of his first EU-U.S. summit as president, Biden also said the world was shifting and that Western democracies needed to come together.

"The world has changed, changed utterly," Biden, an Irish-American, said, citing from the poem Easter 1916, in remarks that pointed towards the themes of his eight-day trip through Europe: China, the COVID-19 pandemic and climate change.

Then came the most embarrassing moment where Joe The Big Guy Biden

Saw that, fidgeted at least three obvious times.

Think he was a little frustrated none of the ventriloquists could come up with what to say.

I believe Front and Center is his default setting, so it is too easy for him to acknowledge a question and commit even with his 'getting in trouble with the staff'.

#12 Walked by a television this morning that had NBC today show on. NBC reporter was bragging that a major accomplishment by the Biden administration was ensuring the meeting today with Biden and Putin would start on time. I am not kidding. The performance bar is low for Biden.

#11 Biggest takeaway from that presser was that Bidet at the end was walking off and revealed the earpiece that he was wearing, having to put it back in when he was answering the walkaway question at the very end. Everything is about staff telling him what to say and do...

#7 Watching the Putin Tour de Force on the post summit presser, and noting that Biden apparently left early and will NOT be giving a post summit presser with note cards after all. I would guess he was too shaken and upset by the meeting to be stable enough to even pretend to read note cards, so they simply left the entire world stage to Putin. Can there ever be a more daming act of cowardice and proof of his senility than this? He can't even read note cards after a summit with a genuine, highly competent adversary, he is that damaged.
