We've been assuming that the Dems were planning to swap out Biden for Harris. What if the play is to first swap out Harris for another female {ValJar, Hillary, Barack} and *then* dump Biden?

You could argue that Biden is such a puppet that there is no need to dump him, but it is hard to create a Green Utopia with a senile grandpa as your spokesperson.
