| #1 The shooters draw aim and targeting clearly shows he is/was well practiced for this type of multi-opposing side target scenario. ALSO: Did anyone else note a guy 100 yds further down the alley (1:25+/- mark)headed in the same direction. He did not change his stride, path or flinch and just kept walking towards the shooting scene like nothing abnormal? BTW: Having had a IL. State Issued Firearm Lic. back in the late 90's. while doing some work area DOD work... I'll always remember it was clearly marked.... NOT VALID IN CHICAGO. Where it was needed most. |
