#2  Yet another fukking clownshow. This is the ridiculous high speed train project that was supposed to cost $9 billion.

Then the public was told the actual cost would be $33 billion.
Obama gave California $3.5 billion in 2010. . . and incompetence and overruns pushed the project's cost to $60 billion.

More overruns, and the cost went up to $60 billion , then $77 billion, then $80 billion by 2019.

Then Trump demanded repayment to the Feds of Obama's $3.5 billion and the idiot boy governor of California said screw you. He promised to pay for it with 25% of the California's entire carbon-offset revenues.

Now the cost is over $100 billion and the retarded project isn't even going to connect any major cities -- you'll have to hop on a bus to get to LA.
