[ToloNews] A boom-mobile exploded in front of the police headquarters in Baghlan-e-Markazi district in the northern province of Baghlan at around 6:30 p.m. on Monday evening, security officials confirmed, saying that a Humvee laden with explosives was used in the attack.A security official who did not wish to be named said the earth-shattering kaboom has caused casualties.
Other sources said that the district police chief and some coppers have been maimed in the attack.
According to sources say the attack has been followed by a shootout and attackers have entered the compound.
Some civilian houses have also been damaged in the attack, local sources said.
The special army forces have arrived at the scene, according to Farid Sayed Khili, an army commander in the province.
