| Calls for Michael Flynn to face court martial after retired general tells QAnon conference a Myanmar-style coup SHOULD happen in the US |

| [MAIL] Michael Flynn has been blasted for comments he made at a QAnon conference where he told attendees that a military coup similar to one that recently occurred in Myanmar should happen in the United States. Calls mounted on social media for the retired general to face a military court martial for his comments at a conference in Dallas, Texas, that had been organized by supporters of the QAnon conspiracy. Flynn, who was National Security Advisor for former President Trump, was responding to a question from an audience member. The man said he was a 'simple Marine' and asked 'why what happened in Myanmar can't happen here?' 'There's no reason', Flynn responded as the audience cheered. 'I mean, it should happen — that's right.' |

| #11 Forcably removing the government IS treason and anyone participating in it shoul be arreste. Simple as tht. Whether to remove Trump, or remove Biden. It is an ffront to the Constitution. The only way to permanently remove a sitting presient is to impeach and convict him/her. And doing so does NOT awar the office to the previous presient, it then goes to the Vice President, then the Speaker. You idiots seem to think that a screwed-up election allows you to blithely just crap all over the Constitution. Like it or not, the processes were followed, and Biden was properly sworn in as affirmed by Congress, in accordance with the Constitution. The process was followed. The fault here is in the States, and destroying the federal government is NOT the right answer. either that or you are just as bad as the marxists who ignore the Constitutiton and our duty to it when you feel like it. I call ANYONE here out as a dishonest anti-constitutional traitor if they agree with a coup at this point in time. The day may come, but this isn't it, and your idiocy in promoting such talk just gives aid and comfort to those who would further subvert our government and use YOUR sedition to suppress free speech. Just STOP IT. those of us who have bled for this nation don't take threats like yours lightly. |

| #7 can't court martial a retired person notwithstanding this, Flynn, although having served honorably, is a careless fellow after leaving active duty he became a consultant/lobbyist for foreign countries, e.g. Turkey, without bothering to register as a foreign agent and he didn't resign his consultancy before working in govt again - neither of these are usually prosecuted but they show an oblivious attitude toward what you are supposed to do |
