Senator Kaine Compares Catholic Views on Abortion to Sharia Law, Says It Wouldn't Be a 'Primary Concern' For Jesus |
2021-05-24 |
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Senator Tim Kaine, who claims to be a Catholic, has compared the church’s teachings on In an op-ed for the far-left National Catholic Reporter, Kaine was arguing against bishops who want to withhold communion from Joe The Big GuyBiden ![]() I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass.... over his radical "Catholics in public life not only live according to church doctrine but additionally shape the law, even to include the threat of criminal prosecution and punishment, to enshrine church doctrine on sexuality as mandatory for all Americans is contrary to our basic liberty," he wrote. "Why would government require that Catholic sexuality doctrine, or Sharia law, or Orthodox Jewish rules about Sabbath observance, be followed by all?" He went on to claim that protecting the unborn would not be a primary concern for Jesus. "No reading of the life of Jesus would suggest these issues as his primary, or even secondary, concern," he states. "His towering message is about love of neighbor as oneself with a special focus on the poor, sick, hungry, marginalized." |

#7 Tim Kaine is such an obnoxious little prick that he makes Joe Biden look like a gentleman...and Joe Biden is no gentleman. |

#6 He is way off base with this line of thought, and hardly has the expertise to comment on either religions; christianity or mohammaden faith. He is an insult to the State of Virginia, and the Senate in which he serves. Do not re-elect this donkey, 20+ years in politics is enough, he has become an absurdist, with more of these types, the country will circle the drain. |

#5 "What you do unto the least of these, you do unto me." Hard to find a more "least" group than the unborn. And, yes, if the Catholic Church was serious it wouldn't hesitate to excommunicate politicians who PROMOTE abortion, who try to FORCE NUNS TO PAY FOR IT. Instead it excommunicates middle-class mothers of five whose (non-Catholic) husband gets a vasectomy... |

#4 the fact that prominent Catholic dems (Biden, Pelosi, etc) have not already been excommunicated tells you a lot about what is important to the Church. namely: money, power. |

#3 "His towering message is about love of neighbor as oneself with a special focus on the poor, sick, hungry, marginalized" How do you get more marginalized and dimpowered than an baby prior to birth, utterly dependent upon the mother and her good will? Answer that you fake ass non-Catholic asshole. Apostates like you claiming the mantle of the Catholic Church while denying its core treachings and faith are an abomination. |

#2 well for one thing Abortion has nothing to do with 'Sexuality' - unless your some kind of sick pervert. But then we are talking about a Democrat so... And of course there's that 'Thou shall not Murder' thingie... And I wonder how he figures murdering an innocent, defenseless, unborn baby is somehow 'love of neighbor as oneself'. Perhaps he should prove it by Self-Aborting. |

#1 You know, the pro-baby murder crowd doesn't like it when you point out their stance is more evil than Dahmer's crimes. They murder infants, by this point, Hell has a section just for them. |
