New York State Police took Timothy Granison into custody Wednesday evening after executing a search warrant at a home on Woodman Park that the 42-year-old shares with Warren and their daughter. Granison pleaded not guilty "Wudn't me." Thursday morning to two counts of felony drug possession charges, including intent to sell, and a felony count of gun possession, the Rochester City Newspaper reported. Court documents allege Granison had 31 grams of coke and an unregistered firearm in the house, according to the Democrat and Chronicle. He was released on his own recognizance with a future court date, the outlet reported. Authorities said Granison was busted after an extensive sting operation that spanned seven months and led to the seizure of 2 kilos of powdered and crack cocaine, valued around $60,000, three guns and more than $100,000. State Police also raided six other properties Wednesday, including a home belonging to Granison’s brother, Kevin. Granison has an armed robbery conviction from 1997. He was sentenced to five years’ probation, the Democrat and Chronicle reported. Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley told news hounds after Granison’s arraignment that more arrests were in the works. | |
