#6  Ninja missiles do not explode. The video clearly shows the missile explode when it hits the car. The photo of the car clearly shows the outward blast of an explosion.

Why take a chance a terrorist might survive a ninja missile when you can blow up everyone in the car?

But then I realized he would just send them a plane full of $$$$ and move the US Capital to either Portland, Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis or Beijing.
