CIA Releases Another 'Woke' Recruitment Ad
2021-05-11
BLUF:
[Townhall] "Growing up gay in a small Southern town, I always struggled with the idea that I may not be able to discuss my personal life at work. Imagine my surprise when I noticed a rainbow on CIA Director Brennan’s lanyard."
"Small Southern Towns" really are the problem.

#10  Dump the "woke" stuff as a hiring criterion. Hire people who are willing to build up the country rather than tear it down. The former Ambo to Germany, Richard Grenell is an example of such a person.

#9  On balance, I suppose sitting in one's cubicle or the library playing video games is much preferred to sitting in a cubicle playing with one's self.

Don't sell them short, Besoeker - they can do both

#3  Using an unconfirmed assumption based on a minor bit of decoration to make a major decision seems to my ignorant self to be lacking the basic outlook for the spy biz — but then, I am abysmally ignorant of such things

#2  An analyst lacking in brass
Came out! But what brought this to pass?
A rainbow, by feck,
On a leprechaun's neck
From the sun shining out of its ass
Off the dew on the emerald grass!

#1  Library video games? Might explain how 9/11 went undetected.

Or this:

Hot Air - Chinese paper discussed weaponization of SARS coronaviruses in 2015

On balance, I suppose sitting in one's cubicle or the library playing video games is much preferred to sitting in a cubicle playing with one's self.
