| #1 As a person who has age-related macular deneration, the article is interesting. AMD has genetic origins. Possibly, this technique may hold promise for MAD. As it is now, the treatment is one of control by injections into the eye every 1-2 months of anti-VEGF drugs such as Lucentis, Eylea or Beovu. |
