| #2 It became obvious when SCOTUS made itself the end around to the Article V amending process. A branch that sits for life and is unaccountable to the people makes it an oligarchy, at best. To the middle and working class, there is no reason to allow your children to die in conflicts to protect the power of the oligarchy. |
