Chauvin, 3 Other Ex-Officers Indicted on Civil Rights Charges in Floyd Case |

![]() A three-count indictment unsealed Friday names Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Kueng, and Tou Thao. Specifically, Chauvin is charged with violating Floyd's right to be free from unreasonable seizure and unreasonable force by a police officer. Thao and Kueng are also charged with violating Floyd’s right to be free from unreasonable seizure, alleging they did not intervene to stop Chauvin as he knelt on Floyd's neck. All four officers are charged for failing to provide Floyd with medical care. full article at link. |

#3 #2 As soon as an obvious case for mistrial or jury misconduct is surfacing the DOJ Civil Rights Division steps in to rule the narrative. Yet another proof of the weaponization of the federal government against the people or issues contrary to their progressive and now openly racist agenda. #1 violating Floyd's right to be free from unreasonable seizure And here I thought it was a drug-induced seizure. Don't know how I could have got that impression. |
