#1  Here is how you end the "border crisis" in 24 hours, possibly less. With an approx 250 mile range, lots of NVG blade time. A few 150 round bursts and the shi* ends in no time. Everybody goes home, "crisis" over.

Same principal as my neighbors in-ground dog fence. After the first couple of days, Fido wouldn't go near the property line. After a month, the electronic collar isn't even necessary.
