[CLEVELAND] A 13-year-old girl has been charged with murder after police say she stabbed another 13-year-old to death during a fight. WLWT Channel 5 reports the teen suspect wept Wednesday during her first court appearance. She is accused of killing Nyaira Givens, 13, on Monday, and is facing two counts of murder and one count of felonious assault, Fox 19 reports. Police tell the Cincinnati Enquirer that officers were called to a residence in the Winton Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati just after 9 p.m. Monday. The stabbing occurred in a green space between two homes, the Enquirer reports. The two girls reportedly got into a fight and the suspect is accused of pulling out a pocket knife and cutting the side of the Givens’ neck. Givens was taken to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center but died of her wounds. Both girls were seventh-graders at the same school, Local 12 reports, and knew each other before the stabbing. During Wednesday’s court appearance, a lawyer for the suspect argued that she be released to her mother. However, a lie repeated often enough remains a lie... the magistrate ordered she remain in jug, Local 12 reports. | ||

But is it a White or Asian Corporation's fault making the Knife...Not the users? Using a mixture of BLOM and National-Socialist agenda illogical thought. We shouldn't see this as a generational Racial issue, that needs AWOKE? Should there be a requirement to REGISTER or BAN all knives in the Black community that have multi-blades, blades sharpened on both sides, blades longer than 1/2" and blades without a safety guard covering 90% of the blade?
