#3  I remember hearing as a child that when every police vehicle in the country was equipped with a well functioning radio there would be no more high speed chases. Even as a kid it seemed to me almost immediately that doesn't take idiocy into account.

Find "sources" who will aver that the white shooter is inspired by Trump, engaged in "insurrection," a "supremacist." Disparage the shooter everywhere possible to suggest base, inhuman, contemptible or simply distasteful traits. If all fails, note that a veteran who served her country in multiple overseas combat tours failed to advance .

If shooter is black Black, describe as man.
