group (ISIS) on Friday grabbed credit for a boom-mobileing in Baghdad on Thursday that killed one person and injured 12 others.
In a statement carried on Telegram channels linked to the group, ISIS claimed they carried out a boom-mobileing in Baghdad’s Sadr City, killing and injuring 20 people and destroying five vehicles.
The blast, in the al-Habibiya neighbourhood of the Sadr City suburb, killed the driver of the car instantly and set on fire another five vehicles, according to Iraq’s Security Media Cell.
