| #5 Whatever preparations local authorities in the Minneapolis area have been up to will most likely turn out to be a joke. About the only appropriate preparation would be to call up the National Guard prior to the announcement of a verdict, imposing an around the clock curfew with only essential travel allowed, and arrest of violators, with particular attention given to new arrivals from out of the area. Not that any of this will happen. |
