| Garden gnome shortage strikes due to pandemic and Suez Canal blockage |

 [FOX] Gardens may have to go gnome-free this summer.Over the past year, a combination of changing consumer needs and issues stemming from the pandemic has caused a variety of shortages. These supply issues have ranged from toilet paper to aluminum cans and even pepperoni. |

| #4 a lot of food products require multiple flavoring ingredients to produce and some of them get to the manufacturer via Suez Canal but this hurts Europe much more than the US more importantly, a lot of China's industry has been closed at various times in the past 12 months, similarly various plants in other countries have been closed or hours of production shortened because of workers being sick or other reasons |
