Serious question, at what point would a person, inside a structure with people threatening setting structure on fire, have the legal screen of self defense?

Obviously depends on the state and its laws, so in general, is it when a lighter comes out? When a fuse is lit? An accelerant poured?

Does the structure actually have to be set on fire? Is the person required to retreat?

This mob, well organized and at the moment under control, is in total control of this situation and even if every one of them is unarmed and formed of butter, those are superior numbers and motivated.

#8  During a recent BLM raid riot numerous downtown businesses were damaged, including a downtown church. Dallas is spread out. Outside of downtown area they would be shot by Latinos. Whites live on out in the suburbs.

Reports say the violent mob is screaming things like "Silence is violence! Why the f--- are you quiet?" before they attack diners.

Dallas had a nutjob mass shooter in 2016, but generally speaking does not have bad race relations. No BLOM or Antifa to speak of.

So if this violence is now coming to Dallas, then it's likely to spread to every major US city.

It's 1967-68 all over again. Buckle your seat belts.

And if you live in one of these cities then get the hell out of the city, to a lightly populated part of a red state, as fast as you can
